The Professor Media Group was launched by our founder Adam Levy over 14 years ago, starting with the Alcohol Professor website. The site was created to support our passion for drinking “the good stuff” and sharing this experience with our friends who were in the industry as well as consumers who wanted to really learn about Beer, Wine, Spirits, Mixology, Pairings and more. Since then our readership has continued to grow across different food and beverage verticals. The 5 sister sites are led by an amazing editorial staff and terrific writers who are based around the world and who bring their unique perspective to readers who are as passionate as we are.

In 2024, our readership experienced double-digit growth and now reaches close to 2M visits per year across the media group. We expect more double digit growth in 2025 across all of our websites with more Professor sites to come…so stay tuned!
